Wood-block printing, on double leaves, East Asian binding.
Edition: [Ke ben]; 內封葉正面雙行篆字題“尚書古文疏證”，背面牌記云“同治六年歲在丁卯，錢塘汪氏振綺堂補刊”，首黃宗羲序，乾隆乙丑閻學林刻書序，鍾靈敬跋，康熙甲申(43年, 1704)閻詠“朱子古文書疑”序，卷八末有“較閱姓氏”一葉，卷端題“太原閻若璩百詩撰，平陰朱續晫近堂梓”。案閻學林即閻若璩之孫，據其序中所云，此書乃淮陽士大夫捐資刻印，初印本題有“眷西堂藏板”。此本乃汪氏振綺堂補刊本，書板多有漫漶，補字修板之處雖多，缺並未載明，僅卷四第二十五葉版心下背面鐫有“丁卯補刊”。卷三原缺未刻。
框18.6 x 15公分，11行20字，白口，左右雙邊，單黑魚尾，版心中鐫題名及卷次，下鐫“眷西堂”。
徐信符印：“南州書樓”朱文方印。
姚鈞石印：“姚鈞石藏書”朱文長方印，“民國庚辰”朱文方印，“蒲坂書樓”白文長方印。
